Platinum Underground is a dry utilities contractor in the Central Texas area specializing in the installation of underground electric, gas, and communication infrastructure. Our president Paul Lemons comes to us from Oncor Electric Delivery Company and has extensive knowledge of the dry utility industry. For the past 22 years he has partnered with the development community on new residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Central Texas area. The relationships that he has forged with industry partners and his understanding of the unique requirements and specifications of each project enable him to successfully lead our project delivery team.
